A nice mild weekend
Pretty Glendale clouds
"Cousin It," our pussy willow which has run amok. Birds love it!
Beautiful Barred Owl swooped over us on a trail near our home.
He landed and observed us until we went around the bend.

Beautiful day hike, a little overcast
but very nice for February!
Can you guess what this is? It's a burnt stump with moss on one side and fungus on the other.
Woodpecker holes go all the way up this fir tree.

A LOT of rain!
Yesterday brought an inch and a half of rain, and today we already have .38 inches. The pond has never been fuller! From the look of the sky, more is coming. Big winds have started also, it'll be another exciting day in Glendale!
Afternoon update: sure enough a bunch more rain came, .91 inches so far today!

Strange day!
Today we had bright sun but then there was hail at the same time! Later, the gorgeous mammata clouds swept over, I never get tired of them.
